Welcome to Career Success Launchpad. Please read these Terms of Use carefully before accessing or using our Platform. By using our Platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms apply to your use of our website, mobile application, online courses, mentorship programs, community groups (WhatsApp, Telegram), YouTube content, and all other services we offer (collectively, the "Platform").

1. Eligibility

   To use our Platform, you must be at least 18 years of age. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you may use the Platform only with the explicit consent of a parent or legal guardian. If you are under 13, you may not use the Platform.

   By registering on or accessing our Platform, you confirm that:

   1. You meet the age requirements above;
   2. You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
   3. All information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and current;
   4. You will update us promptly if any of your information changes.
2. Our Platform and Services

   Career Success Launchpad is India's dedicated career preparation platform for CMA students and commerce job seekers. The services we offer include, but are not limited to:

   1. Online Courses: Pre-recorded and live courses covering CMA campus placement preparation, off-campus job strategy, interview preparation, resume writing, LinkedIn profile building, and more.
   2. Mock Interview Sessions: One-on-one and group mock interview sessions with structured feedback, simulating real corporate interview environments.
   3. Mentorship Programs: Personal mentorship by CMA Rohan Sharma and the CSL team, covering career planning, subject preparation, and interview strategy.
   4. SAP FICO Training: Practical training in SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling for CMA professionals entering the corporate workforce.
   5. Rock Your Interview (Book): Our published book on interview strategy for finance roles, available for purchase through the Platform or external marketplaces.
   6. Resume & LinkedIn Review: Professional review and rebuilding of your CV and LinkedIn profile to meet recruiter expectations.
   7. Job Alerts & Community Access: Access to our WhatsApp and Telegram communities for daily CMA job updates, placement news, and peer support.
   8. YouTube Content: Free educational videos published on our YouTube channel for learning and career guidance.

   We reserve the right to add, modify, or withdraw any service or feature at any time without prior notice.

3. Account Registration & Security

   To access paid courses or mentorship programs, you must create an account on our Platform. You agree to:

   1. Keep your login credentials strictly confidential;
   2. Not share your account with any other person;
   3. Notify us immediately at contact@careersuccesslaunchpad.in if you suspect unauthorised access to your account;
   4. Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

   We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are being shared, misused, or accessed in violation of these Terms.

4. Course Enrolment & Content Access

   When you enrol in a course or program, you receive personal, non-transferable access to the course content for the duration specified at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated:

   1. Access to pre-recorded course content is provided for a defined period after purchase;
   2. Live sessions are conducted on scheduled dates and times — if you miss a session, a recording (where available) will be provided at our discretion;
   3. Mentorship session slots, once booked, are non-transferable and subject to rescheduling policies communicated separately;
   4. Community access (WhatsApp/Telegram groups) is subject to our Community Standards and may be revoked if you violate those standards.

   We make every effort to keep course content current and accurate. However, we do not guarantee that all content remains up to date after its publication date.

5. Payments & Refunds

   Some of our services require payment of a fee. All fees are displayed on the Platform at the time of purchase and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways; we do not store your card or sensitive financial information.

   Once you complete a purchase and gain access to course content, the transaction is generally non-refundable. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before making any payment. Refunds, where applicable, are processed under the conditions described in that policy.

   If you believe a payment error has occurred, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction at contact@careersuccesslaunchpad.in.

6. License to Use Our Content

   When you enrol in a course or program, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and view course content strictly for your own personal, non-commercial learning purposes.

   Under this licence, you may not:

   1. Download, record, screen-capture, or otherwise save any video or audio content from our Platform unless we explicitly allow this in writing;
   2. Share your login credentials or any course content with any other person;
   3. Reproduce, republish, distribute, or resell any part of our course content in any form;
   4. Create and sell derivative works based on our content;
   5. Use our content for any commercial purpose — including coaching others for payment — without our prior written consent;
   6. Upload any portion of our content to any third-party platform, including YouTube, Telegram, WhatsApp, or any course aggregator;
   7. Remove or alter any copyright notices, watermarks, or proprietary markings on our content.

   Any violation of these restrictions will result in immediate termination of your access and may lead to legal action.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

   All content on our Platform — including course videos, live sessions, PDFs, workbooks, templates, question banks, mock interview frameworks, resume formats, the Rock Your Interview book, the CSL brand name, logo, and design — is the exclusive intellectual property of Career Success Launchpad Private Limited and/or CMA Rohan Sharma.

   1. No content on the Platform may be reproduced, copied, or distributed without our prior written permission;
   2. You do not acquire any ownership rights in any content by virtue of purchasing access to it;
   3. Our trademarks — including "Career Success Launchpad", "CSL", and "Rock Your Interview" — may not be used without our express written consent.
8. Community Standards & Code of Conduct

   By using our Platform — including attending live sessions, participating in WhatsApp/Telegram communities, or posting in discussion forums — you agree to conduct yourself respectfully and honestly. You must not:

   1. Share paid content: Do not share course recordings, PDFs, or any paid content with people outside the course;
   2. Misrepresent yourself: Do not impersonate CMA Rohan Sharma, CSL staff, other students, or any company or institution;
   3. Harass or bully: Do not post abusive, threatening, or defamatory content in any community group or live session;
   4. Spam: Do not post irrelevant, repetitive, or promotional content — especially links to other coaching services — in our community groups;
   5. Promote competing services: Using your community access to market other coaching services is strictly prohibited;
   6. Disrupt live sessions: Do not deliberately interrupt or derail live mentorship or mock interview sessions;
   7. Attempt to exploit the Platform: Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our system.

   Violation of this Code of Conduct may result in removal from community groups, suspension of course access, or permanent account termination — without refund.

9. Student Feedback & Testimonials

   If you submit any feedback, ideas, or reviews about our Platform or services, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display such feedback for any lawful purpose, including promotional use.

   If you share placement results or success stories publicly or directly with us, you consent to us using those testimonials — with your name and qualification details — for marketing purposes, unless you specifically ask us not to.

10. No Guarantee of Results

    Career Success Launchpad provides career preparation guidance, mentorship, and skill-building resources. We do not and cannot guarantee:

    1. That you will receive a job offer, internship, or placement as a result of using our Platform;
    2. That you will achieve a specific salary package;
    3. That you will clear any specific interview or assessment;
    4. That the companies mentioned on our Platform will be hiring during your preparation period.

    Career outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. Our testimonials represent real outcomes for real students — but they are not a promise of similar outcomes for every learner.

11. Privacy

    Your privacy matters to us. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand what personal information we collect, how we use it, and how we keep it safe. By using our Platform, you consent to our data practices as described in that policy.

12. Third-Party Links & Integrations

    Our Platform may contain links to third-party websites and platforms — including Razorpay, YouTube, WhatsApp, Telegram, LinkedIn, Amazon, and Flipkart. We do not own, operate, or control these platforms and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Clicking on third-party links is at your own risk.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

    Our Platform and all services are offered "as is" and "as available", without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.

14. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Career Success Launchpad Private Limited, its founder, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. In any event, our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific course or service giving rise to the claim.

15. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Career Success Launchpad Private Limited, its founder, directors, employees, and partners from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, or violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

16. Termination of Access

    We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if you violate any provision of these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to other students, our team, or our reputation. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately.

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hajipur, Bihar, India.

    Before initiating any legal action, we encourage you to contact us at contact@careersuccesslaunchpad.in to resolve the matter amicably.

18. Amendments to These Terms

    We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

19. Miscellaneous
    1. Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Career Success Launchpad regarding your use of the Platform.
    2. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
    3. Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not waive our right to enforce it in the future.
    4. No Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms to any third party without our prior written consent.
    5. Force Majeure: We are not responsible for any failure or delay in our services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
