How We Share Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. We share your information only in these limited circumstances:
- Service providers: Trusted third-party tools that help us operate our Platform — including Razorpay (payments), Google Analytics (analytics), and our hosting provider (AWS India). These providers are contractually required to keep your data confidential and use it only for the services they provide us;
- Legal requirements: When required by a court order, government authority, or applicable Indian law — we will attempt to notify you in advance where legally permitted;
- Protection of rights: When we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Career Success Launchpad, our students, or others;
- Business transfers: If Career Success Launchpad is acquired or merged with another entity, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before this happens and before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy;
- With your consent: For example, if you agree to let us share your placement success story or testimonial with our community for promotional purposes.
We share only the minimum information necessary for each purpose listed above.
-
Data Storage and Security
Your personal information is stored on servers hosted by Amazon Web Services (AWS) in India. We take reasonable and appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
Our security measures include:

- Password hashing — we never store your password in plain text;
- Restricted access controls — only authorised team members can access your personal data;
- Regular reviews of our data collection, storage, and processing practices.
While we work hard to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact us immediately at contact@careersuccesslaunchpad.in.

How Long We Keep Your Information
We retain your personal information for as long as:
- Your account remains active on our Platform;
- It is needed to provide you with our services;
- It is required by Indian law or for legitimate business compliance purposes (e.g., GST records, financial transaction records).
When your information is no longer required, we delete it securely or anonymise it so you can no longer be identified from it. Please note that some content you have publicly shared — such as testimonials or community posts — may remain visible even after account deletion. We will anonymise such content upon your request.
