Thank you for being part of Career Success Launchpad. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase. Our refund policy is designed to be straightforward: because we deliver access to all our products from Day 1, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

Enrolment in live mentorship programs, campus placement batches, group coaching programs, and similar cohort-based offerings is strictly non-refundable. Access to the program's resources, WhatsApp/Telegram groups, and study materials is provided from Day 1 of enrolment. Because access is granted immediately upon payment, no refund is possible at any stage — before or after the program begins.
We encourage you to attend all free webinars, review the program content, and ask any questions before enrolling. Once enrolled, your spot and access are confirmed.
Mock Interview sessions are non-refundable. However, we understand that plans can change — which is why we offer a one-time reschedule option, subject to the following conditions:
To request a reschedule, email us at contact@careersuccesslaunchpad.in with your booking details at least 48 hours before the session.
Individually purchased career mentorship and coaching sessions are strictly non-refundable. Access to the mentor, session materials, and any pre-session resources is provided from the time of booking. Once a session has been booked and confirmed, the purchase is final regardless of whether the session is attended.
If you are unable to attend your booked session, please contact us as early as possible. Any accommodation is at our sole discretion and cannot be guaranteed.
E-book (Digital): The e-book version of Rock Your Interview, purchased through our Platform, is non-refundable once it has been downloaded or delivered to your registered email address.
Physical Book (via Amazon / Flipkart): If you purchase the physical paperback through Amazon or Flipkart, returns and refunds are governed entirely by Amazon's and Flipkart's respective return policies. Career Success Launchpad has no authority over or liability for third-party marketplace transactions.
If your account has been charged more than once for the same product due to a payment gateway error, or if you were charged for a product you never received access to, you are entitled to a full refund of the duplicate or failed charge.

Email us at contact@careersuccesslaunchpad.in with the subject line: "Duplicate Payment — [Your Name]"
Include your registered email address, the product name, your transaction/order ID(s), the date of purchase, and a screenshot of the payment confirmation(s).
Our team will acknowledge your report within 48 hours and verify the transaction details with our payment gateway (Razorpay).
Once the duplicate or error is confirmed, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days back to your original payment method.
Because access to all our products is provided from Day 1, no refund is applicable in any of the following situations (this list is illustrative, not exhaustive):
All prices displayed on our Platform are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) as per Indian law. Refund amounts, where applicable, will be for the net amount received by us after deduction of any payment gateway charges. GST once collected and remitted to the government cannot be refunded.
We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. We encourage you to review this Policy before making any purchase.
Purchases made before a policy change will continue to be governed by the policy that was in effect at the time of purchase.
