LOGIN
Course Access, Login & Device Policy

After successful payment, you will receive your Login ID and Password on your registered Email ID within a few minutes.

Please also check your Spam / Promotions folder if you do not see the email in your inbox.

You can access your course using the login details provided. Depending on your course access, you may use:

  • Website
  • Android Mobile App

Inside your dashboard you can access Video Courses, Ebooks, and Bonus Materials (if included in your plan).

NO Your course access is allowed on one fixed device only. You must choose:

  • Personal laptop/browser
  • OR Personal mobile/app
Once you log in for the first time, your device/browser gets linked with your account.

NO Multiple-device login is not allowed. Your course access is for one student and one fixed device only.

NO Students cannot change the device by themselves. If your mobile/laptop is lost, damaged, or replaced, you must contact support for verification.

Device reset will be approved only in genuine cases after proper checking.

NO If you start using the course on one browser, please continue with the same browser only.

Example: If you log in through Microsoft Edge, do not switch to Chrome, Firefox, or Safari later.

For laptop users, we recommend:

  • Use Microsoft Edge Browser
  • Visit www.careersuccesslaunchpad.in
  • Login once and bookmark your dashboard
  • Continue using the same laptop and same browser
Please avoid clearing browser data, cookies, or cache unnecessarily.

For Android users:

  • Download the Career Success Launchpad App from Play Store
  • Login once and use the same mobile device only
  • Do not uninstall/reinstall the app unnecessarily
  • Do not clear app data
Offline download is available only if it is enabled for your course/app access.

YES But only if offline download is enabled in your Android App/course access.

NO Offline download is not available on laptop/browser.

Downloaded content is linked with device security settings. Graphy recommends limiting downloads to one device for better content protection.

Please avoid clearing browser data. Doing so may affect your saved login session and create access issues. If your access is affected, contact support for verification.

Reinstalling the app may not always restore access automatically because your access is linked with device security settings. If you face login issues after reinstalling, please contact support.

Contact support for account verification and device reset request.

Device reset is not automatic. It will be approved only after verification.

YES You can use the Forgot Password option on the login page. If you still face any issue, contact support.

YES A stable internet connection is recommended for smooth video playback. If you are using the Android App with offline download enabled, you may download videos for offline viewing.

YES Your course progress is generally saved automatically inside the dashboard.

YES Available playback speeds: 0.75x, 1x, 1.25x, 1.5x

YES You can lower or increase video quality based on your internet speed and data availability.

CERT
Certificate & Course Validity

YES If certificate is included in your course plan. Certificate of Completion will be provided as per the course completion criteria.

YES It can help in profile building and skill verification.

Final interview selection depends on your knowledge, communication, resume, confidence, and interview performance.

NO Course validity depends on course type, batch type, plan selected, and offer terms at the time of purchase.

Please check your course validity inside the dashboard.

After expiry:

  • Videos may become inaccessible
  • Ebooks/materials may become inaccessible
  • You may re-purchase or renew, if renewal is available

YES Wherever enabled. You may receive email reminders and dashboard notifications.

LIVE
Live Classes & Recordings

You may receive live class updates through Email, Dashboard notifications, and WhatsApp group/message (wherever applicable).

You can check it inside: Dashboard → Live Classes Section

YES If email notification is enabled for that live class. Class updates may also be shown inside the dashboard.

This will be mentioned on the course landing page, inside your dashboard after purchase, and in course/batch communication wherever applicable.

YES If recordings are included in your plan. Recordings will be uploaded inside the dashboard.

PAY
Payment, Invoice & Refund

We accept: UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking.

Availability may depend on the payment gateway active at the time of purchase.

YES Payments are processed through secure payment gateways integrated with the platform.

YES Receipt/invoice may be sent through Email, WhatsApp, and/or the Dashboard/payment confirmation system.

NO REFUND Since this is a digital course/content product, access once provided cannot be reversed.

SEC
Content Security & Account Misuse

NO Login sharing is strictly prohibited. Your account is for your personal learning use only.

YES Course content may contain security features such as watermarking and device restrictions.

Graphy supports dynamic watermarking which can display learner details (email/mobile) on protected content to help identify misuse.

Strict action may be taken. Your course content may contain a personal watermark. If content is misused, copied, recorded, or shared, it can be traced back to the account holder.

Your account = Your responsibility.

If your account is blocked due to misuse, sharing, recording, piracy, or policy violation:

  • Access will not be restored
  • No refund will be provided
